14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy with your Leashy Peashy purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with its original packaging where applicable. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

To request a return, contact us at hello@leashypeashy.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where the item should be returned. Please do not send products to an address shown on the original shipping package or to any other address without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@leashypeashy.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos or other details showing the issue so we can evaluate it and make things right.

Return shipping

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for returns made because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size, colour or variant.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale, except where applicable consumer law gives you additional rights.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, contact us first. Where appropriate, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union / EEA cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@leashypeashy.com within the applicable withdrawal period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and assess an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may still be able to request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy and your applicable statutory rights.
